For those who identify as women. New and experienced movers welcome – of all (adult) ages, body sizes, and physical abilities. Bring layered clothing, drinking water, and a journal if you have one (I will provide extra paper, pens and art supplies). Please refrain from wearing perfume or other strong scents. Note: this open evening meets the pre-requisite for enrolling in a Body Tales group or retreat.
Sliding Scale: $25- $45
In Sebastopol (studio address w/ registration)
Refund Policy: Payments for open evenings are fully refundable with cancellation one week before the event. For cancellations under one week, you can use a credit for a future open evening within the next 2 years.
