Sliding Scale: $35 – $70 or $50 – $100 w/ Authentic Movement 12 – 2:15
Designed to be a valuable one-time experience, and / or as an orientation before joining a group. For new and experienced movers, of all (adult) ages, genders, body sizes and physical abilities. Bring layered clothing, drinking water, and a journal if you have one (I’ll provide extra paper, pens and art supplies). Please refrain from wearing perfume or other strong scents.
